PAYMENT METHOD
- All payment is to be made during COD or to our MBB account.
- Payment is to be made within 48 hours after a verification e-mail from us confirming your order has been received. Upon payment received, we will begin processing your order.
- Kindly send us an e-mail containing the banking details once you have made payment. We may require you to scan or take a photo of the payment slip for verification purposes.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
-Express Delivery via Pos Laju RM10 within Malaysia only.
-For shipping out of Malaysia, we will use DHL courier service only. As the courier fees, varies with weight & location, please contact us to enquire. Please take note, depending on location, custom fee may apply & will be borne by purchaser. Items may be subjected to additional control and domestic rules of the destination country. Where such circumstances occur, the sender is advised to deal directly with the relevant authorities in the destination country.
1) The colour of the items in the pictures may vary slightly from the actual colour due to differences in monitor / camera settings.
2) Measurements of the items may vary slightly due to differences in measurement methods.
3) All sales are final. Items sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Kindly inquire to clear your doubts. If you have received an item with a defect, please email us immediately and we will proceed with the exchange process. Defected goods must be returned within 10 days from the original date of purchase.
